By accessing and using our website, services, and programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which serve as a legal agreement between you (the "Client") and Steele Coaching Unlimited (the "Provider"). Services Offered

We provide personalized health and wellness coaching, including but not limited to nutritional guidance, lifestyle modification coaching, and emotional and mental health support specifically tailored for individuals with autoimmune conditions and poor gut health. Our services are provided with the aim of supporting your journey to improved health and wellness.

Withdrawal and Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from any program at any time. However, for any paid programs, please refer to our cancellation policy detailed on our website for information on refunds and notices required.

Financial Transactions

Payments for services or programs must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of enrollment. All financial transactions will be processed securely, and personal financial information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect.

Liability and Expectations

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information and services, Steele Coaching Unlimited, nor it's representative ("Health Coach") cannot be held liable for any errors in information, service interruptions, or the outcomes of following the guidance provided. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Note: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

All content provided by Steele Coaching Unlimited, including but not limited to program materials, articles, and guides, is the property of Steele Coaching Unlimited and is protected by copyright laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Steele Coaching Unlimited.

User Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully and legally when accessing our services and interacting with our community. Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, unsolicited promotions, and spam are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access to our services.

Account Termination

Steele Coaching Unlimited reserves the right to disable or terminate user accounts and services that are found to violate these terms and conditions, with or without notice.

Amendments

Steele Coaching Unlimited reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

At Steele Coaching Unlimited, we are committed to providing high-quality health and wellness coaching services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

We understand that embarking on a wellness journey is a significant decision, and our goal is to ensure that our clients feel supported and satisfied with the

services they receive.

Refund Eligibility

- Initial Consultation: The fee for the initial consultation is non-refundable, (unless otherwise explicitely stated and offered in writing on an individual basis). This

initial consultation session, which often referred to as a "Discovery Session" allows us to assess your needs and determine the best way forward.

- Program Enrollment: Due to the nature of our coaching services and the commitment required to initiate positive change, refunds for our wellness programs are

generally not offered once the program has begun. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will consider on an individual basis.

- Cancellation Before Program Start: If a client cancels their enrollment in a program before it begins, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion, minus

any non-refundable deposits or fees.

- Early Termination: In cases where a client wishes to terminate their participation in a program already in progress, refunds will not typically be provided. We

encourage clients to commit fully to their wellness journey. However, we understand that life events can affect this commitment. Clients facing exceptional

circumstances are encouraged to discuss their situation with us to find a suitable solution.

Missed Sessions

- Missed appointments without proper notice (usually 24-48 hours in advance, as specified in the client agreement) will not be refunded. Opportunities for

rescheduling will be provided when possible, subject to availability.

Program Packages

- For clients purchasing session packages, the refund policy will be specified at the time of purchase. Generally, unused sessions in a pre-paid package may be

eligible for a refund within a specified timeframe, minus a processing fee.

Exceptions

- Each client’s satisfaction is important to us. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for circumstances such as medical issues or other significant

life events that prevent participation in the program as planned. Documentation may be required.

Process for Requesting a Refund

- To request a refund, please contact us directly at "steelecoachingunlimited@gmail.com. Provide your name, date program or service purchased, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within a specified timeframe (e.g., 5-10 business days or sooner).

Modifications to This Policy

Steele Coaching Unlimited reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to current clients and reflected in

the service agreement for new clients.
